HONG KONG, Aug. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nano Labs Ltd (Nasdaq: NA) (“we,” the “Company” or “Nano Labs”), a leading Web 3.0 infrastructure and product solution provider in China, today announced receipt of approval from the Kyrgyz Republic to proceed with its proposal (the “Proposal”) to issue a stablecoin pegged to the offshore Chinese Yuan (CNH) within the country.

According to an official letter from both the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Council for the Development of Virtual Assets and Blockchain Technologies under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Proposal has been reviewed by senior authorities within the Presidential Administration and has received clearance to proceed.

The stablecoin project (the “Project”) aims to support the growing trade and economic cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan-facilitate cross-border settlements, expand investment opportunities, and increase transparency of operations in the digital financial space.

In line with recommendations from the Kyrgyz authorities, Nano Labs will submit a comprehensive white paper and key technical documentation. The Company will continue to collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the Project’s steady and compliant execution.

Concurrently, Nano Labs announced its decision to formally forgo plans to apply for an HKD- or CNH-pegged stablecoin project in the Hong Kong SAR. The Company will instead redirect its resources toward developing stablecoin initiatives in Belt and Road countries.

HONG KONG, July 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nano Labs Ltd (Nasdaq: NA) (“we,” the “Company” or “Nano Labs”), a leading Web 3.0 infrastructure and product solution provider in China, today announced that it has entered into a strategic equity investment agreement with CEA INDUSTRIES INC. (Nasdaq: VAPE), a company focused on building BNB reserves.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nano Labs subscribed for 495,050 shares of Class A common stock of CEA INDUSTRIES INC. at a price of US$10.10 per share. The investment also includes 495,050 warrants with an exercise price of US$15.15 per share. If fully exercised, Nano Labs could hold up to 990,100 shares of the company.

This investment constitutes part of CEA INDUSTRIES INC.’s ongoing US$500 million Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) financing plan. Proceeds from this tranche are primarily designated for the acquisition of BNB, with the remainder allocated toward working capital, transaction fees, and general corporate purposes.

This strategic transactional move represents another key milestone in Nano Labs’ ongoing strategic initiative to build cryptocurrency reserves. The Company is committed to enhancing its reserve position across major public chain ecosystems through strategic partnerships and further optimizing its crypto asset allocation structure.

As of the date of this announcement, Nano Labs holds approximately 128,000 BNB in total.

HONG KONG, July 28, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nano Labs Ltd (Nasdaq: NA) (“we,” the “Company” or “Nano Labs”), a leading Web 3.0 infrastructure and product solution provider in China, today announced a significant increase of its BNB holdings to 128,000 tokens. Based on the current market price of US$850 per BNB, the total value of the Company’s BNB strategic reserve now exceeds US$108 million. This marks the latest advancement in Nano Labs’ long-term BNB reserve strategy.

The Company recently acquired an additional 8,000 BNB tokens through an over-the-counter (OTC) transaction at an average purchase price of approximately US$801 per token. As of the date of this announcement, Nano Labs holds approximately 128,000 BNB tokens in total, with an average acquisition cost of US$713 per token. Based on the current market price, the total market value of these holdings is approximately US$108 million.
